Case Study

This client had a successful creative business. With 12 employees, they were seen as leaders in their niche market.
A year previously, their growth triggered internal recruitment to meet the market need. The client promoted their Chief Designer to a management role of the design team.

Now 12 months down the track, the Chief Designer was frustrated managing others, and the business owner was equally frustrated by the performance and errors in the team.
